Refund/Exchange

We hope that you fall in love with your Stripped Boutique products. If for whatever reason you are not entirely delighted we will be happy to offer a 14 Day No Hassel Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions set out below.

• The form enclosed with your order must be competed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to exchange.
• Items must be sent back within 14 days or receiving your order.
• Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
• All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
• We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting.
• We do not give refunds/exchanges on beauty products.
• The item has not been altered by you in any way.

Shipping

We aim to deliver your Stripped Boutique Lingerie as quickly as we can, normally within 7 working days. Occasionally stock delays may cause late deliveries. Please allow up to 28 working days.
